SUMMARY OF POSITION
WB Games Inc. seeks a Recruiting Coordinator for the WB Games HR department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedules and coordinates interviews with recruitment and hiring managers. Assists Recruitment team with scheduling in-person or telephone interviews, conference calls, videoconferencing, etc. as needed. Greets candidates, clients and visitors; assists with the arrangement of parking, meals, lodging and transportation as needed. Arranges travel and hotel accommodations for
  • Recruitment team and final round candidates as needed.
  • Position processes employment applications, entering applicant information in Brass Ring and background check systems, as required.
  • Conducts reference checks, schedules orientation, and prepares offer letters. Processes paperwork for all new hires. Close job files in BrassRing and forward appropriate paperwork to GBSI.
  • Audits, maintains and generates reports including team’s recruitment report, time to fill, and other executive reports as needed.
  • Prepares expense reports and submits them to corporate for processing.
  • Research, source and screen entry level, temporary and internship applicants using Brass Ring and job boards.
  • Tracks unsolicited resumes and executive referrals.
  • Perform other projects as requested by Manager, Recruitment, Sr. Recruiter and/or Recruiter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of at least one year of recruitment or HR experience required.
  • Proficiency using BrassRing or other web based resume/data tracking system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and recruitment practices, regulations, and standards highly preferred.
  • Must possess the ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make reasonable judgments consistent in line with job duties and consistent with company policy and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals on all levels in person or on the telephone.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
  • Must be committed to quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Must demonstrate initiative; cooperation; resourcefulness. Must be flexible and willing to work overtime if/when required.
